I have always been a fan of Bruce Lee and Steven Segal and anyone who could perform on their level.
I came upon the Dojo by way of networking with Lena's Beauty College.
Shihan Ken Keith, Sempai Ward & Sempai Clay-El are excellent instructors. The classes are inexpensive and the information is easy to retain.
I am elated to be apart of this class because I am learning valuable, life-saving techniques,which build increased confidence, courage and strength.
It is an excellent way to release stress and to RID one's self of the dis-ease, Depression.
